Meet the Candidate: Yosi Attias for the ISSA International Board of Directors

ISSA is proud to introduce Yosi Attias as a candidate for the ISSA International Board of Directors.

Yosi currently serves as President of the ISSA South Florida Chapter and has dedicated his volunteer efforts to strengthening the cybersecurity community through professional development, education, mentorship, and collaboration.

During his leadership, the South Florida Chapter has expanded its community engagement through monthly educational meetings, strategic partnerships with universities and industry organizations, and the annual SFISSA Conference & Hack the Flag, one of the region’s largest community-driven cybersecurity events.

Professionally, Yosi brings experience spanning cybersecurity, identity security, product management, and business development across multiple industries. Throughout his career, he has focused on connecting technical practitioners, business leaders, students, and community organizations to foster stronger collaboration within the cybersecurity profession.

As a candidate for the ISSA International Board, Yosi believes the strength of ISSA begins with its local chapters. His vision emphasizes supporting chapter leaders, sharing successful programs across the organization, expanding opportunities for students and emerging professionals, and equipping volunteers with the resources they need to build thriving cybersecurity communities.

When asked why he chose to run, Yosi shared:

“ISSA has given me the opportunity to serve an incredible community of professionals who generously share their time and knowledge. I’m grateful for that experience and excited about the opportunity to help strengthen ISSA at the international level by supporting the chapters and volunteers who make our organization so impactful.”
